Take Back the Night

Take Back the Night is an international campaign designed to take a stand against interpersonal and sexual violence. On Penn’s Campus, Take Back the Night includes a full afternoon of awareness events. This day includes a resource fair in Huston Hall, speakers on College Green, a rally and march around campus with the Penn Band, and a survivor speak-out and candlelight vigil. We host speakers from Penn as well as the Philadelphia community, including representatives of Philadelphia Center Against Sexual Violence, Philly’s only full-service rape crisis center.
