Abdulhamit Arvas's, Boys Abducted, Receives 2026 Phyllis Goodhart Gordan Book Prize

The RSA awards the Phyllis Goodhart Gordan Book Prize annually for the best book in Renaissance studies. The recipients of the shared Gordan Prize for 2026 are literary scholar Abdulhamit Arvas, for Boys Abducted: The Homoerotics of Empire and Race in Early Modernity (Duke University Press, 2025).
